Design & Build
We have a team of architects and engineers who can sketch sites, create and design your dream home or your light commercial project.
We oversee the planning, design, and construction of any sized build from start to finish. This includes working collaboratively with the architects and engineers in finalising the design, resource and/or building consent application, construction, and ensuring inspections and compliance are in order.
Shell only
Shelly only construction typically includes earthworks, foundation, framing, installation of external joinery, installation of internal walls, and completing the roof.
We can build a shell home for you with the inside usually unfinished which you can then finish off in your own time and as per your budget. We can price your home as a shell or a complete build or anywhere in between.
Bathroom & Kitchen Renovations
Before we started as a construction company, we are experienced renovators who have completed many bathroom and kitchen renovations. We will provide you with guidance and can be involved during the planning process from the design stage down to the renovation process and liaising with the trades and suppliers.
Supply & Installation
We specialise in supply and installation of energy-saving, thermally broken aluminium windows and fully customised kitchens with German hardware.
Knockdown / Rebuild
We have experience in knockdown rebuild which involves demolishing an existing structure in order to build a new home on the same block of land. This has recently been a popular option for some people who want to build a new house instead of renovating.
